Lemon Broiled Fish
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Fish fillet of choice
Pam cooking spray
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, sherry, lemon peel, salt and paprika and thyme leaves in a small bowl. Place fish on broiler pan. Spray fish directly with Pam. Pour lemon mixture evenly over fish. Broil until done, about 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serves 4.
