1. Fill a large pot with about 1 inch of water and bring to a boil. Add the salt and place a steamer insert inside the pot so that it is just above the water level. Put the lobster tails on the rack and cover the pot. Cover and steam for 8 minutes. And don't peek! Serve with melted butter.

Lobster Salad
Ingredients:
(2) 8oz Lobster Tails
1 cup celery, chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tomato, sliced
2 eggs, hard-boiled and quartered
1 head lettuce
Directions:
In a large bowl,
combine diced lobster meat, celery, mayonnaise, celery seed,
paprika, sugar, pepper, seafood seasoning and parsley. Mix well and
refrigerate the lobster salad mixture until chilled.
In a large salad bowl, combine the lobster, celery, Worcestershire sauce,
Tabasco sauce, and mayonnaise. Mix well and chill before serving. Place
the lettuce in salad plates and spoon the lobster salad mixture. Garnish
with tomatoes and eggs.
