Boil them: Take a large pot of cold water and bring to a boil. When the water is ready, add the crab legs to the pot and boil for 6 to 8 minutes, or longer if you have more than 5 pounds of crab legs.
Grilling: Heat your grill to medium high and brush the surface with olive oil or butter. Place the crab legs wit the top of the shell (red side) facing down. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turn over and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Steam them: Like boiling, steaming is an excellent way to prepare crabs. Use a double boiler and steam for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb. shelled snow crab legs
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. snow crabmeat
1/4 lb. cooked baby shrimp
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Maggi liquid seasoning (found in any store, near Gravymaster)
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Salt & Pepper
8 English muffins
16 slices Provolone cheese
Directions:
finely chop Sea Legs and snow crab. Squeeze out excess water. In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until soft and creamy. Add crab mixture, shrimp, celery, and seasonings. Salt and pepper to taste. Blend mixture thoroughly.
Cut English muffins in half, broil tops until golden brown. Spread 3 oz. crabby mixture on each muffin half, top each with a slice of cheese and bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
